KM50 -
Most extensively used alloy for Cutting Tools.
KM50 NWC, KM49, KM49Cu - These alloys are used for brazed
Tools which are further subjected to PVD Coating.
KM40 Ni - Popular alloy for Diamond Cutter.
KM43 - This alloy is very much suitable for joining of carbide
in Work Rest Blades.
KMCM27 - This alloy is used in Mining Tools like Buttons Bits,
Coalagur Drills, Coal Picks etc. This alloy is also used in joints
of carbide for Deburring Tools.
KM25 N, KM20 N - High temperature brazing alloys specially
used for Deburring Tools.
KMCMF -
This alloy is equivalent to "F" Bronze alloy and used in
manufacturing of Drills Rods.
KMCuN -
This alloy is popular recognized as Copper Brazing Strip and used
in joining of Carbide for Drill Rods.
KMNB10 - Very much suitable for Masonary Drills.
|
|
Brazing Flux
|
Kranti
is making fluxes to suit various alloys and application is Powder
& Paste from.
|
KFS1
- Powder flux suitable for alloy in the melting range 550o
C to 850o C i.e. for KM43, KM35, KM30
KFS2 - Powder flux for KM50, KM40 N alloy.
KFSP2 - Paste Flux for KM 50 alloy.
KFC - Brazing flux in powder form suitable for KMCuN alloy
which is used in joining of carbide in Drills Rods.
KFSP3 - Paste flux suitable for joining of stainless steel
while using alloy KM56N, KM56ZS.
|
|
Copper
Brazing Alloys
|
All
these alloys are used for joining of Copper to copper without any
external Flux. But for joining of Copper to Copper alloy flux is
necessary.
